Welcome to JobPilot AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobPilot AI website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JobPilot AI is an AI-assisted career toolkit that helps users create resumes, generate cover letters, analyze job descriptions, prepare for interviews, and track job applications. The Service produces AI-generated drafts and analysis based on information you provide and on job descriptions you submit.

2. No guarantee of employment

JobPilot AI does not and cannot guarantee employment, interviews, offers, or any other career outcome. The Service is a tool to help you produce and organize application materials; hiring decisions are made entirely by employers, and many factors outside the Service affect outcomes. You should not rely on the Service as a promise of results.

3. AI-generated content is a draft — review it

Content generated by the AI is produced from information you supply and is intended as a starting point. We strongly encourage you to review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before using it. The AI does not invent employment history, education, certifications, skills, or achievements — and you must not submit content that misrepresents your qualifications. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of anything you submit as part of a job application.

4. Accounts and your obligations

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity on your account.
  • You may not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, create false applications, spam, or otherwise violate the law.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Premium and Pro). Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Free plan usage limits

Free accounts include limited AI generations and analyses, as displayed in the Service. Limits are enforced on our servers and reset according to the plan terms. We may change these limits as described on the pricing page.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful, legitimate job-search purposes.
  • Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.

8. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train third-party models.

9. Intellectual property

The JobPilot AI name, logo, website design, and software are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service or its branding without our permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY JOB APPLICATION. YOU USE AI-GENERATED CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBPILOT AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR INCOME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, in which case we will notify you where possible.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
